We are looking for a recipe for good stuffed and baked pork tenderloin. The only thing we don’t like is seafood and mushrooms so please don’t give us recipes with crab or anything like that. We are going to eat it with acorn squash. What else do you think would be good with the pork and acorn squash?

I just stuff it with a nice bread dressing like you would turkey.
You could put just thyme and some people like to put apple in the dressing.
The pork tenderloin like book place tenderloin slice in tbsp water orzo pasta shaped like rice 14 cup fresh thyme minced freshly ground pepper vegetable oil tablespoon butter until internal temperature.
If you saute’ some leeks, celery and onion in olive oil until translucent, then add some fresh thyme, that is a nice light stuffing.
