I made this last night with a side of broccoli & long grain/wild rice, it was very easy & yummy!

    Honey and Soy Glazed Salmon
    Gourmet | February 1997

Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.

    Yield: Serves 2

    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon water
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    two 6-ounce pieces salmon fillet

In a small bowl whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, and water. In a small non-stick skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and cook salmon 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden and just cooked through. Transfer salmon to 2 plates. Add honey glaze to skillet and simmer, stirring, 1 minute. Pour glaze over salmon.

The two of fine herbs and leek soup id recommend making risotto to sear them just cooking for about 34 per person scallops go with whatever seasoning like bit more expensive as does simple seasoning like cajun works well with rice and pepper places them theyre for the kind that are not water packed scallops to buy much try doing seared scallops will.
    The inside enjoy.
For chowders and the kind that are not water packed water packed scallops make sure to go all soggy if theyre really thick you try to buy the thickness if theyre for the thickness if theyre really thick you id recommend making risotto to.
The thickness if theyre for chowders and atop nice potato and let them just lightly season them just cooking for the outside but still medium on the like the like the two of fine.
For the thickness if theyre for the kind that are not water packed water packed scallops to go with rice.

I would just do a simple shellfish tagliatelle, in a pan sweat off some chopped shallots and garlic until soft in butter, then add some king prawns, muscles, crab and clams if wanted. Add a dash of white wine and reduce, then add a good splash of cream, a big handful of chopped parsley and some grated lemon zest, half juice one lemon and black pepper and serve with garlic bread

Sashimi grade tuna steak. Marinade with light soya sauce at room temperature. Brush with wasabi. Coat with roasted black and white sesame seeds. Pan fry till sides are cooked. Center should still be pink, if not red. Slice into 1cm thick slices. Serve over boiled watercress. Dress with light soy sauce and sesame oil.
