I am usually at a loss as to what to cook for dinner each day, so my husband and I end up eating out a lot. It’s just the two of us and it’s hard to cook for two people. Most recipes call for 4-6 servings, but I am not a leftovers person so a lot of food goes to waste. My husband loves leftovers but even he gets tired of eating the same thing.

We get into arguments about what we are going to have for dinner, who’s going to cook it, or where we will eat out at. It’s just too expensive to eat out and it’s making us gain weight. My husband doesn’t care for most vegetables (except corn), whereas I love green leafy vegetables. He is a meat and potatoes guy and I love seafood and vegetables.

I really want to get my household in order this upcoming year, and this is one of the things on my list. Would it be out of order to come up with a set menu and stick by that? 10 points to the person with the best answer.
