There is a Mexican restaurant near my home that serves a dish called “Enchiladas Pacifico”. The tortillas are stuffed with shrimp and veggies and then topped with this creamy white sauce that is to die for!

No red sauce recipes please….I’d love to make this meal at home but cannot find anything close to it.

Hello! I realized that I have gained weight and I don’t like it. I cannot exercise because I am busy doing things in school and other stuff. Now, I am also in a very tight budget and I have to cut down cost. I plan to bring my own food in college. For the past 2 weeks, I have been bringing myself pasta varieties like pesto, seafood marinara and carbonara. When I checked on my expense diary, it turns out that I have spent more than what I used to spend. I do not like sandwiches because I am not good in making them and they don’t make me as full. So what should I do? Any alternative diets? I am doing my best to avoid fastfood and cafeteria food right now so yeah. I’m a health buff for most of the time. Budget + losing weight! Thanks.
